Nominations have been posted for the 2009 Webby Awards and the online Heroes series The Recruit has made the cut. The webisode has landed two nominations this year in different categories; Drama Individual Episode & Drama: Series. What’s interesting are the results are shown in real-time all the way up to the final day. Currently, Heroes is in the lead for Individual Episode and running 2nd right behind “Speedie Date” for Drama: Series. Please note, the Webby Awards require a short sign-up process but it takes about 20 seconds and it keeps it accurate. There are four major categories so make sure you click on Online Film & Video to vote. Voting ends April 20th!!

Only two more episodes left. This episode will indeed set up the events of our much anticipated season finale so we’re definitely excited for tonight! “I Am Sylar” will feature our familiar villain going through a bit of an identity crisis and we’ll also hopefully learn more about what his endgame is in working with Danko’s government operation. We are back this week with another packed podcast full of news and discussion following the latest Heroes episode “1961″ which was a look back into the past that revealed how and why the company we’ve come to know and love (or loathe) was formed in the first place. We also saw a reunion of the Petrelli family, as it were, as they prepare for what they will have to do to finally begin living normal lives again. Will a new company be formed? Tim Kring recently talked about a new fan club dubbed Heroes All Access. Well the short wait is over and it appears the fan club has launched with an official sign-up page at NBC.com. As we originally speculated, Heroes All Access will be a fee based fan club however there’s a little more to it. The memberships are priced out at two different tiers. There is a $29.95 membership and a $49.95 VIP membership. Both memberships come with a welcome letter from Tim Kring and many goodies from the show.
