Masi Oka Visits GameOn Podcast

Masi Oka Thanks to one of our long time listeners Jamie Hill, we’ve learned that Masi Oka recently sat down with the people at GoGameFace.com for a little chat.  The latest “GameOn Podcast” that was released this morning had Masi on to talk  about his efforts with the Red Cross and his love of sports.  I’m not sure if any Heroes related information is discussed but we’ll update the story a bit later.  At any rate, Masi Oka always gives an excellent interview so go check it out! There are links on the their page to stream the show, download it and/or subscribe via iTunes.

You can also check out the Red Cross campaign that Masi Oka is involved with over at the American Red Cross website.

I know that this is not the right place to post this, but a recent news article by TorrentFreak (www.torrentfreak.com) showed that Heroes is the #1 most pirated show of 2009 with almost 6.6 million downloads.

And what’s more is that “the number of downloads on BitTorrent has exceeded the average viewership on US television”. So I guess Graham is right when he says that the low ratings do not take into account the number of downloads. This is just BitTorrent. So imagine more viewership from Hulu etc!

I saw that. It actually beat every other show including LOST, House and Dexter. Just goes to show everyone that Heroes IS global and NBC/Universal needs to make Heroes more readily/legally accessible for all to see. It’s finally coming back to the BBC so that should help.
