I have a sort of theory about how Nathan/Sylar could fly. What if Sylar could fly because he thought he was Nathan? The Sylar in Matt’s mind can’t use Matt’s power, but Matt can. What if that Sylar can’t use Matt’s power because Sylar never had Matt’s power in the first place? It could be a similar thing with Nathan/Sylar. Nathan can fly because that’s Nathan’s power and Matt can read minds because that’s his power. But Sylar can’t use them because they’re not his powers. I don’t know how well I’ve explained this, but oh well.
