Samuel (Robert Knepper) prepares for new additions to his family, while Lydia (guest star Dawn Olivieri) warns him of the consequences. Claire (Hayden Panettiere) discovers that her roommate Gretchen (guest star Madeline Zima) may have a hidden agenda. Meanwhile, Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) finds an unexpected way to connect with Emma (guest star Deanne Bray), who would prefer to stay distant. anyone found it weird that Peter got Emma’s ability after touching her but didnt get samuel’s after shaking hands with him?

We’ll be talking about Peter and his power on the podcast for sure. In short, he got Emma’s power because of an emotional connection and his adrenaline was really going. (that’s my theory).

I just watched it commercial free. I think that the problems with the show are based on the shallowness of most of the potential audience. There are deep and complex issues and characters. Ya gotta think. Is it perfect? Nah. Like it doesn’t hold a candle to ‘Dancing with the Has Beens.’
Anyone else notice how Emma’s diploma is from Arlington University? Aka, the same University Claire’s going to? Coincidence, I think not! (Or y’know, in the land Heroes randomness, maybe).
did peter lose the power to more really fast from edgar?
does it mean that he can only have one power at a time ?

Yes Peter can only have 1 power, if you saw the most recent episode there is the bit right after he saves emma that he tries to run fast but cant, he tries to loosen his legs and stuff and the dramatic music kept starting up and then stopping again, was a pretty funny sequence
Does anyone else think they saw the compass symbol in Emma’s apartment? On the wall next to the cello?
Oh, also, the doctor that Dr. Gibson trained under was referred to as “Dr. Verheiden” i.e. Mark Verheiden, one of the Heroes writers.

My Crackpot theory: A possible way that Nathan and Sylar can both remain on Heroes: Samuel’s power of earth/elements will be somehow enhanced, maybe by Ando, to resurrect Nathan’s Body from the Earth/his ashes.
