New Promo for “Angels and Monsters” (Spoilers!)

I figured it was either the Petrelli father or Linderman back from the dead when I saw the trailer last Monday. Can’t wait for this Monday!
I don’t think it is Linderman as he has been in Season 3 already & it kinda gives it away when he it says the father of 3 sons, also Angela is shocked so it’s ARTHUR!!!!
dmn i wouldn`t have guessed that he was the one pulling the strings of the villans does this mean he`s was in lvl 5

Arthur was seen in part two of our Blessed lady of Acessleration when we first met Daphne.

There is no way that is Arthur in the comic, as you can see from the promo Arthur is on a respirator.
