That lost inside joke.. could you post a screenshot or anything???

I’m surprised that so many are saying that this was a filler episode. You guys said in the podcast that you felt that way at first, but on second thought you didn’t. I thought RUN! was much better than the last episode, although the scenes of Peter and Claude were cool in the previous one. I seem to be in the minority on that. I think the problem was people were missing Peter in this one. Peter is loved.

  3. Rich says:

Peter, Hiro and Claire are the heart and soul of Heroes. They represent the wonder at discovering of powers (Peter, Hiro), the sheer joy balanced with responsibility (Hiro), and the devastating consequences of their powers (all three). Add Mr. Bennet and Sylar for tension as the villains, and you could kill off any of the other characters without fundamentally changing the feeling of the show. Don’t get me wrong, I love the moral ambiguity of Nathan, and Matt’s (loss of) innocence, and these themes need to be continually addressed.

“RUN!” touched on a lot of those themes. It was kind of like when Adam and Eve got booted out of Eden. The episode wasn’t the strongest, but it was probably the most important so far. The gloves have come off, and I think the march to the season finale has begun and we’re in for a killer ride.

I meant to post this here originally:

Read this! I haven’t listened to the podcast yet, so I don’t know if its mentioned…but there seems to be some sort of a Heroes/Lost crossover happening – in terms of specific references:

From “Watch With Kristin” on http://www.eonline.com

“Are The Characters Show-Hopping?!: OMG! Did anyone notice that Desmond’s professor friend is also Mohinder Suresh’s friend on Heroes?! Could this be a crossover?! We all know Hiro can time travel. Plus, in the last ep of Heroes, they showed a pamplet for Gannon Rent-a-Car, which is totally a fictional company from the Lost world! Also, some of the Heroes writers came from the Lost camp. I smell a conspiracy. A really nerdy yet cool conspiracy! Will Peter’s bomb blast the Heroes to Lost island? Just a crazy thought!”

    BrianAlt,
you, sir, are correct. i totally agree. i thought Run was a great episode: full of action, continuing storylines, etc. the previous two episodes lacked a lot, in my opinion. if you’re in the minority, i’m there with you. see ya later.

You guys always kept me awake at work! (LOL) I really like this episode, it kept me screaming then almost crying then screaming to Mohinder “That’s Sylar, stop him AHHH!!” I enjoy it very much.

Babs, are you on the About Us tab and do you see the “godsend” symbol over the P? Everything should be lower case…bennet and claire gets you to the assignments tracker page…there are different passwords to each of the folders…I found them at the heroeswikispace. the user name remains bennet…

    I use a Mac too

  13. Wicz says:

Awsome episode guys. I got so pumped at school because of it I started handing out free body slams to everyone I saw. It got pretty vilant but had to channel my excitement somewhere.

  14. Sara says:

I went to see the article at Comic Book Ressource that you guys linked in your podcast. I said that Mr. Bennet’s name was biblical. My guess is : Adam Bennet. Maybe too obvious, but it sounds good. ha ha
